Thankfully, the typical criminal isn’t that intelligent, nor are they very thorough and careful. Law Enforcement, fortunately, has a century or so of process and procedure to bring to bear on these unintelligent miscreants. Otherwise, we’d really be screwed as a society.
As for Dr. Phil, I’ll let people draw their own conclusions. Let’s just remember that the show isn’t on the air as a public service…it’s a money-making enterprise for all concerned.
